The Public Affairs Regional Centre (PARC) in the period from 29 September till 03 October commenced the intensive Course on Public Affairs in International Operations - a high-level training program designed for professionals working in multinational missions and complex operational environments.
The course was officially opened by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, Ms. Elizabeta Chupovska Ristova, who welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of developing strong communication skills for international cooperation and mission success.
In today’s fast-changing information landscape, effective communication is essential. This course strengthens the capabilities of public affairs personnel to communicate clearly, ethically, and confidently in international contexts.
This year’s edition gathers participants from Slovenia, Poland, Ukraine, Norway, Slovakia, Qatar, and North Macedonia, creating a diverse, multinational learning environment that fosters collaboration and knowledge exchange.
Over five intensive days, participants engage in a dynamic mix of theory and practice — exploring how communication builds trust, credibility, and transparency in international operations. The program features hands-on simulations, including TV statements, media interviews, and on-camera exercises.
Hosted at PARC — a regional leader in Military Public Affairs training — the course bridges academic insight with real-world application. Guided by experienced instructors, participants gain the tools and confidence to operate effectively in high-stakes media environments and support their missions with professional and responsible communication.
