Building Crisis Communication Capabilities for NATO Allies and Partners

From 02 to 06 March 2026, PARC hosted the Crisis Communication Course. The five-day training was focused on strengthening the crisis communication capabilities of Public Affairs Officers from NATO Allies and partner nations, with particular emphasis on effective engagement with the media during complex and rapidly evolving situations.

The course brought together participants from Belgium, Croatia, Germany, Slovenia, and North Macedonia, providing a valuable platform for professional exchange, cooperation, and sharing of best practices in crisis communication.

The course was delivered with the support of experienced Subject matter experts from NATO Public Diplomacy Division, the Kingdom of Norway and Romania. Their expertise and practical insights played a key role in the successful delivery of the training.

At the conclusion of the course, participants were awarded certificates recognizing their attendance and successful completion of the course and their commitment to enhancing crisis communication skills.
