The Basic Public Affairs Course at the Public Affairs Regional Centre (PARC) has successfully concluded. This two-week intensive training program was tailored for Public Affairs personnel from NATO and Partner countries, providing participants with essential knowledge and skills to operate effectively within a NATO environment.
The course brought together participants from seven NATO and Partner countries: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Poland, Qatar, and North Macedonia. Throughout the program, attendees engaged in various learning activities designed to enhance their understanding of Public Affairs practices within the NATO framework. Emphasizing practical, hands-on training, the course ensured that participants could apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios.
During the weekend, the participants were taken on a tourist visit to Ohrid, one of the most beautiful cities in the Republic of North Macedonia. This excursion offered a welcome break and an opportunity to experience the rich cultural heritage of the region.
Graduates of the course are now well-prepared to support NATO missions and operations, significantly contributing to the overall effectiveness of Public Affairs efforts across the alliance. This initiative highlights NATO's commitment to fostering cooperation and capability development among its members and partners.
Upon successfully completing the course, participants received certificates recognizing their achievement and competence in the Basic Public Affairs Course.
