From March 1 to March 7, the Public Affairs Regional Centre (PARC) successfully conducted Media Mobile Training Team (MTT) in Bogota, Colombia for 20 officers from the Colombian Armed Forces. This specialized program focused on enhancing participants' media relations skills and improving their ability to communicate effectively with the public.
The training combined theoretical knowledge with practical exercises, placing a strong emphasis on hands-on activities such as on-camera simulations (TV interviews, delivering effective TV statements and organizing and managing News conferences).
These realistic scenarios allowed participants to develop the skills needed to deliver clear, confident, and impactful messages in public and media settings.
Upon successful completion, participants received certificates for course completion, recognizing their enhanced expertise in public affairs and media engagement.
This training is a significant step in strengthening the Public Affairs capacities of the Colombian Armed Forces officers, equipping them to navigate complex military environments where effective communication is essential.
PARC remains committed to supporting NATO, partner nations, and allied armed forces through specialized training programs designed to build stronger, more confident communicators.
