On February 21, 2014, LTC Richard Parry, Defence Attaché of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland in the Republic of Macedonia, visited the Public Affairs Regional Centre (PARC).
The primary purpose of the meeting was to continue the already established cooperation, which had brought about a possibility of inviting lecturers and guest speakers from the United Kingdom to the regional as well as international events in PARC.
