Today the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Macedonia, Zoran Jolevski accompanied by the Chief of the General Staff Lieutenant General Gorancho Koteski paid a visit to the Public Affairs Regional Centre.
During his visit, Minister Jolevski was introduced with the history of PARC, its goals, mission, future perspectives and plans of development. He was also briefed about the recently acknowledged status of PARC as a Partnership Training and Education Centre and the only specialized Training and Education Centre for Public Affairs within this network of 28 worldwide PTEC centers. Minister Jolevski was also familiarized with the role of PARC in the system of Public Affairs Education and Training for the needs of all NATO and Partnership countries,
Additionally, the delegation from the Ministry of Defence and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Macedonia followed by the national media representatives had the chance to visit the working capacities of the Centre such as the semi-professional TV studio, Syndicate rooms, Computer room and the plenary hall where the regional and international activities are taking place.
They also visited part of the accommodation facilities that were recently modernized with the support of the Kingdom of Norway and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
