The Public Affairs Regional Centre’s Mobile Training Team (MTT) within the framework of the NATO-Georgia Subsidy Package (SNGP) in the period of 25-28 September conducted a Basic Public Affairs Training for the PA personnel of the Georgian MoD and Armed Forces.
The training activity was supported by the British Embassy in Tbilisi and took place in the Krtsanisi Support Training Centre nearby Tbilisi, Georgia.
During the course twenty participants, most of them recently appointed to the Public Affairs officer’s positions in various subdivisions of the Georgian Armed Forces and the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense had the opportunity to develop their Communication skills and practice the most effective PA tools for dealing with the Media under a multitude of circumstances.
Upon completion of the course all participants were awarded with Certificates from the Public Affairs Regional Centre (PARC).
