Focused on the importance of education and training in the area of Public Affairs, PARC continues its contribution in filling the gap of well trained and skilled Public Affairs officers from NATO and Partner countries.
With this regards, in the period from 11 – 15 March 2019, as part of its Annual International course calendar, PARC organized the “Basic Public Affairs Course I” by gathering the PA practitioners from several NATO and Partner countries including Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, China, Croatia, Hungary, Kosovo, and North Macedonia.
The main goal was to create a platform for learning and practicing the basic public affairs tools necessary for dealing with the Media.
Furthermore, the course provided the participants with the insight of NATO Public Affairs Policy and its elements, importance of Social Media, basics of Communication and introduced them with the best ways for creating and delivering effective key messages.
Moreover, during the course participants had the opportunity to get a solid practical experience in work with camera exposure trough a simulations of realistic scenarios for TV Interview, Statements and Press Conference.
