In a significant initiative, the Public Affairs Regional Centre (PARC) deployed a Mobile Training Team (MTT) to conduct an intensive three-day training for the Nucleus staff of the South Eastern Europe Brigade (SEEBRIG) Headquarters. The training, held from December 12 to 14, 2023, took place in Kumanovo.
Focused on enhancing key communication skills, disinformation awareness, and media literacy, the MTT from PARC delivered a comprehensive program. The training covered crucial aspects such as organizing news conferences, understanding the complex media landscape, and crafting effective key messages. Participants were actively engaged in practical exercises, including creating and delivering key messages, TV statements, and honing interview techniques.
Recognizing the paramount importance of effective communication and the need to build societal resilience to disinformation, PARC, as a NATO-recognized training center, remains committed to empowering military and civilian leaders with essential skills.
Upon completion of the course, participants were awarded certificates for attendance, marking another successful collaboration between PARC and SEEBRIG. This partnership, initiated in 2017, continues to be an integral part of SEEBRIG's annual training program, emphasizing strategic communications and military public affairs.
