MISSION
PARC is dedicated to training national and international (NATO’s and Partner’s) Public Affairs (PA) personnel from armed forces, ministries of defense, and other state institutions. We aim to develop their communication skills and provide them with essential expertise in Public Affairs. Our goal is to prepare them for effectively managing media relations in peacetime, crises, and operational deployments.
In an era of increasing security challenges, Public Affairs play a crucial role. Building capacity in Public Affairs enhances resilience and addresses vulnerabilities posed by hybrid threats like disinformation and propaganda. Effective Public Affairs are essential for successful military operations and broader peace and security efforts.
PARC serves not only the Western Balkans and Southeast Europe but also NATO and partners worldwide. It is a hub where both allies and partners can build and enhance their Public Affairs capabilities to support their overall efforts towards peace and security.
